Mystique (Rebecca Romijn)

Mystique is a mutant shapeshifter whose natural appearance includes blue skin and yellow eyes. She is supposedly 84 years old and has an extended back story. She has since worked as a mercenary and assassin and feels a need to prove herself by killing Wolverine.

Isis (Joanna Cameron)

Isis is the name for a DC Comics superhero as well as a separate goddess also living in the DC Universe. She is Andrea Thomas, a high school science teacher who gains the ability to call upon the powers of the goddess Isis after finding an Egyptian amulet. She possesses healing abilities, which can heal minor and fatal wounds. She also has control over nature, which depends on her mood; rain falls when she's sad while flowers bloom when she is happy.

Sue Storm (Jessica Alba)

The Invisible Woman (real name Susan Richards, née Susan Storm), formerly the Invisible Girl, is a Marvel Comics superhero, a member of the Fantastic Four. Like the other members of the group, she received her powers on a spacecraft bombarded by cosmic radiation. Sue can turn herself and people and things around her invisible and generate invisible force fields.

Elektra (Jennifer Garner)

Elektra is a ninja and assassin who wields two bladed sai as her trademark weapon. She was a love interest of the superhero Daredevil, but her violent nature and mercenary lifestyle divided the two.

Storm (Halle Berry)

Storm (Ororo Munroe) is a Marvel Comics superhero, a prominent member of the X-Men. Storm has the mutant power to control the weather, including lightning, rain, fog, snow and wind. She uses her control over wind to give herself powers of flight.

Jean Grey (Famke Janssen)

Jean Grey is a mutant born with vast telepathic and telekinetic powers. She is a caring, nurturing figure, but she also must deal with being an Omega-level mutant, as well as being the cosmic Phoenix Force.

Rogue (Anna Paquin)

Rogue (Anna Marie) is a Marvel Comics superhero, a member of the X-Men. More than most mutants, Rogue considers her powers a curse. She involuntarily absorbs the memories, physical strength, and, in the case of super-powered persons, abilities of anyone she touches. This prevents her from making physical contact with others, including her longtime love interest Gambit.
